By installing or using the AffiliScan Chrome extension or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
AffiliScan helps YouTube creators find broken or unavailable Amazon affiliate links in their video descriptions. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
Some features — such as saving scan history to your dashboard, scheduled scans, and email alerts — require an account, which you create by signing in with Google through our authentication provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure, and you agree to provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
3. Plans and Usage Limits
AffiliScan offers a free plan with usage limits (for example, a monthly cap on the number of scans) and a Pro plan with higher or unlimited usage. We may change plans, features, or limits, and will provide notice of material changes. Paid subscriptions, when offered, will be governed by additional terms presented at the time of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls, use automated means to overload or abuse the Service or its APIs, scan content you do not have the right to access, or use the Service to violate any law or any third party's rights, including the terms of YouTube or Amazon.
5. Your Content
You are responsible for the URLs and links you submit for scanning and confirm you have the right to do so. We process this content to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer
AffiliScan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of link-status results or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AffiliScan and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost commissions, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
